Dallas star Victoria Principal accused of pointing gun at maid

Actress is counter-suing former employee Maribel Banegas

Victoria Principal played Pam Ewing in Dallas

Dallas star Victoria Principal is being sued for assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress.

Former maid Maribel Banegas alleges the actress pointed a gun at her after a row over the star's dog.

Now Victoria, 59, is counter-suing her for several claims including trespass, civil extortion and animal cruelty.

Both cases will be heard in Santa Monica, California.
