Embarrassed Jennifer's fed-up and desperately searching for love
Friday, 1 May 2009
After her humiliating break-up with John Mayer, 30, Jennifer Aniston appeared to throw herself into her work.
Long hours on the New York set of her latest movie The Baster, which is all about an unmarried 40-year-old woman who turns to a turkey baster to get pregnant, have left her exhausted, with little time to socialise.
And friends say Jen’s mood is now alarmingly low, despite her flying close friends in for weekend stays.
‘With a few exceptions, they’re not going out,’ a source tells . ‘They sit around Jen’s suite and listen to her mope.
‘Jen’s main problem is her inability to move on after her break-up. She knows she needs to find a guy, but she’s so badly hung up on the way things have gone in the past couple of months that she’s too scared to start dating again.
'John humiliated her and knocked her confidence. And it doesn’t help that she keeps getting rejected by the guys she goes after.’
Attempts to attract sports stars, including hockey player Sean Avery, 29, didn’t work and handsome Scottish actor Gerard Butler, 39, has told Jen he doesn’t want relationship with her.
Despite reports linking the pair, who are set to star in an action movie together later this year, he’s not interested.

She should put God FIRST in her life and everything else will fall into place.
i think Jen should take a break of everything and everyone, so what if she has thrown herself to work??is it hurting anyone, annoying anyone? i was on a similar situation and belive me is not an easy way to go out of that situation. I threw myself to my work and I prayed God everyday and night to put the right person and the right time. I asked if this man was the one for me so be it, if not to take him away, i can say i have a happy ending i have been married for 7 years now and i am fine
Sorry, Jen. Gerry's saving himself for me ;-)
I'm still waiting for a date....I'm a perfect match for that girl! Cute smart and still have all my hair and teeth too!! ;)
I have been praying to God for years and years... and all I want is a loving husband and a beautiful family, but he hasn't sent me the right one. Maybe there isn't anybody for me. Most men are taken or turned gay.
