Glamour model reveals all about keeping fit

Gemma Atkinson reckons the secret to a good body is lots of sex.
The glamour model, who had her breasts enlarged to a 34E in 2006, likes to keep busy between the sheets.
‘Lots of sex is the most enjoyable exercise!’ she admits. ‘I’ve recently split up with my boyfriend [Birminham City footballer Marcus Bent] but instead of moping I’ve hit the gym and I feel great.’
Gemma, 24, is determined not to have any more surgery done to improve her looks.
‘I’d only have [my breasts] redone if they go south after kids,’ she tells Fabulous. ‘Thankfully my mum’s got amazing skin so I hope I won’t need Botox.’
Former Hollyoaks star Gemma previously dated soccer hunk Cristiano Ronaldo, 24.
