Insiders say she's a firm favourite

Davina McCall is rumoured to be quitting Big Brother at the end of the year

Davina McCall is reported to be in the running to replace Fern Britton on This Morning.

ITV bosses reckon the Big Brother presenter will attract a wider female audience.

‘Davina has been looking for a new challenge on TV and presenting This Morning would fit the bill,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

‘She is always game for trying things and would get stuck into everything from the cooking and fashion on the show, to conducting the interviews.

‘ITV boss Peter Fincham is a big fan of hers, so she is definitely a contender.’

Davina, 41, faces stiff competition from Fiona Phillips, Kate Garraway, Ruth Langsford and Gaby Roslin.
