Actor’s bald spot disappears

James Nesbitt debuted his 'new' hair on Sunday at the Bafta TV Awards

James Nesbitt has sparked speculation he’s had a hair transplant.

The actor was snapped with a full barnet at the Bafta Television Awards on Sunday.

But just months ago, James, 44, had a visible bald patch and receding hairline.

'The difference is obvious to everyone,’ an onlooker tells the Daily Mail. ‘Hair doesn't just reappear. Everyone is wondering how he's done it.'

In the past James has admitted taking vitamin tablets and using a lotion to stimulate his follicles.

'It opens the pores of the scalp to encourage new growth,’ he said. ‘It's ridiculous, but it's horrible going bald. Anyone who says it isn't is lying.'
