Gavin And Stacey comic hasn't proposed to Sheridan Smith

James Corden and Sheridan Smith both star in Gavin And Stacey

James Corden's rep has rubbished reports the star's to wed his girlfriend Sheridan Smith.

The Gavin And Stacey actors were said to be planning their nuptials for next year. 

But a spokesperson for James, 30, tells Now Online 'it's untrue'.

James and Sheridan, 27, split early last year because of work commitments.

They decided to make a go of things again just before Christmas.
