Beyonce Knowles: I want to be a mother

But singer isn’t ready to start family just yet

Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z tied the knot in Manhattan

Beyoncé Knowles is beginning to get broody.

The singer and husband Jay-Z, 38, celebrated their first wedding anniversary at the start of the month and now they’re thinking about starting a family.

‘Of course, I want to be a mother,’ Beyoncé, 27, admitted on Larry King’s US chat show.

‘I only pray that my relationship with my daughter is like the relationship I have with my mother.’

But Beyoncé isn't desperate to conceive.

‘When it is meant to be, it will,’ she told the TV host.
