John Mayer: I don't have a girlfriend

Jennifer Aniston's ex says he's not seeing anyone

John Mayer has rubbished rumours he is romancing US actress Scheana Marie.

The rocker, 31, split from Jennifer Aniston, 40, shortly after the Oscars in February.

US reports claimed Scheana, 24, was helping John, 31, move on after they met at a Beverly Hills party earlier this month.

But John insists he is not seeing anyone at the moment. 

'If I had a girlfriend, she would be incredibly offended by me saying, "I don't have a girlfriend,' he tells Perez Hilton. 

Scheana has just landed a starring role in the Jonas Brothers' new show.
