Jackiey Budden blasts Michael Parkinson over Jade comments

Big Brother star’s mum thinks TV host was in the wrong

Michael Parkinson was out of line criticising Jade Goody, according to her mum Jackiey Buddon.

The ex-chatshow host, 74, said the late Big Brother star 'represented all that's paltry and wretched about Britain today’.

Jackiey, 50, thinks Michael's comments were disrespectful.

‘What kind of man would say things like that when a family is still grieving or while someone is dying?’ she says. ‘Even a child would know that was wrong.

‘The thing about my Jade is, whatever she thought, she would tell you to your face. But I suppose he wasn’t even brave enough to do that.

‘He had to wait until after she died. I hope it made you feel big and strong.’
