Actor responds to claims he's gone under the knife

Rupert Everett has rubbished reports he’s had plastic surgery.

The actor sparked speculation he'd had a facelift when he appeared on Martha Stewart’s US chatshow last week.

But a spokesman for the 49-year-old actor has dismissed the claims.

'Why would Rupert need any surgery?' he tells the Daily Mail. 'He's a beautiful man and he even plays a woman beautifully.

'Any speculation is completely laughable. He hasn't had anything done and he doesn't need it.'
