Heidi Klum pregnant with baby No 4?

Insiders say the supermodel is expecting

Heidi Klum and her husband Seal are good pals with David and Victoria Beckham

Heidi Klum may be having a fourth child with husband Seal.

The Project Runway host's thought to have had dresses adjusted to cater for her baby bump.

And pictures of the garments were apparently posted on the internet.

‘It looks like Heidi is four months pregnant,’ an insider tells In Touch.

‘Sketches leaked online of her in redesigned couture gowns to make room for a bump, but were quickly taken down!’

Heidi, 35, further fueled the rumours when she stepped out in New York yesterday wearing a baggy T-shirt, an oversized cardigan and a long scarf.

She and Seal, 46, are already parents to Henry, 3, Johan, 2, and Leni, almost 5.
