Actress says she'd never spend that much

Salma Hayek has denied reports she’s planning a £1million wedding bash.

The actress tied the knot with Francois-Henri Pinault at City Hall in Paris on Valentine's Day.

But she insists she isn't throwing an extravagant follow-up ceremony at the end of April.

‘I think a wedding is about love, friends, family and fun,’ she tells People.

‘I think spending millions of dollars on a wedding is ridiculous and it has never been my dream. I would never do that.’

Salma, 42, and Francois-Henri, 46, are parents to daughter Valentina Paloma, 15 months.
