Katie Holmes’ brother-in-law died of heart failure on Sunday.
Jospeh Jeffrey, 48, the husband of Katie’s older sister Tamera, was found dead at his mum Shirley's Florida home.
He had taken his two young children to visit her, reports Radar Online.
Katie, 29, is expected to attend his funeral on Monday.
