EastEnders bosses plan to bring evil Archie Mitchell back to the soap this summer.

The villain, played by Larry Lamb, has proved a huge hit with fans.

'Archie has been the single most manipulative Mitchell ever seen,' a source tells The Sun.

'And it won't change when he returns.'

A massive 11.5million viewers watched Archie marry Peggy, played by Barbara Windsor.
