Miquita Oliver was embarrassed when she had to wear a Tony The Tiger costume on T4.

The presenter, 24, put the outfit on for a bizarre sketch with Lemar, 31.

‘I once had to dress up as Tony The Tiger and roar at Lemar,’ says Miquita.

‘I remember thinking I would nearly quit for something like that.’

Miquita has been hosting T4 since 2001.
