Britney Spears started her comeback Circus tour in March 2009

She’s not afraid to wear barely-there stage costumes, but Britney Spears, 27, has revealed that she still isn’t comfortable with her body, despite losing weight during her Circus tour.

When she kicked off her 44-date comeback tour in March, Britney had to squeeze into an unflattering Indian-inspired belly top, proving that she’d packed on the pounds after her high-profile meltdown.

And the mum of two’s revealed that she struggles to accept her curves. ‘I hate my boobs,’ she says. ‘I have a love-hate relationship with them. At the moment, I hate them. I want them smaller.’

She even hasn’t ruled out having cosmetic surgery on her boobs. ‘I know they look sexy, but sometimes they get in the way.

'I’m tempted to have a breast reduction so that I can slink into some amazing stage outfits,’ she admits.
