Alexandra Burke: I didn't date Ben Adams

The X Factor winner insists they're just friends

Alexandra Burke has rubbished reports she had a fling with Ben Adams after she won The X Factor.

The Celebrity Big Brother star, 27, recently claimed he dated the singer, 20, for a few weeks.

‘It was nothing serious,’ Ben told The Sun. ‘She was too busy rehearsing for the tour and didn't have time for a relationship and, to be honest, I wasn't that attracted to her anyway.’

But Alex's spokeswoman has responded, saying: 'There's been absolutely nothing going on between Ben and Alex.

'They've just been really good friends for years.'
