Farrah Fawcett has left hospital with longtime partner Ryan
O'Neal after being treated for internal bleeding.

The Charlie’s Angels actress, 62, who is battling anal cancer, was hospitalised in Los Angeles on April 2.

'She's walking and in great in spirits and looking forward to celebrating Easter at home,' her physician, Dr Lawrence Piro, tells People.

'Her home has been stocked with her favorite teas and food and she's looking forward to enjoying them.'

Farrah suffered bleeding in a stomach muscle following a 'small procedure' at a clinic in Germany.

'She was accompanied by Ryan,' adds Dr Piro. 'The pain from the haematoma has improved tremendously.'

Farrah revealed she had anal cancer in 2006. The following year, she announced she was in remission, but her cancer returned shortly after.
