TV presenter feels sad for the star's boys

Kirsty Gallacher says Jade Goody was 'full of life'

Kirsty Gallacher says Jade Goody's death has made her re-evaluate her own life.

The Big Brother star passed away on Mother's Day at the age of 27 after losing her battle with cervical cancer. 

And Kirsty, who has Oscar, 2, with partner Paul Sampson, 31, admits it's made her realise how lucky she is. 

'The news about Jade was very distressing,' she says. 'We used to share the same agent and I met her.

'She was lovely and full of life. It's horrific to think her two sons are now without a mum.

'It makes me think of Oscar and how he'd cope without me. It makes me so upset.'

Kirsty, 33, now plans to cherish every moment.

'Things are put into perspective when you read stories like Jade's,' she tells the Daily Mirror. 

'You think, "What I've got is so precious. I've got a really lovely life."'
