David Beckham shocked by marine's fake arm trick

David Beckham has three sons with wife Victoria Beckham

David Beckham was the butt of a joke when he met some servicemen yesterday.

He was introduced to Royal Marine Commando Ben McBean, who lost an arm and a leg in Afghanistan.

David shook hands with him, and was alarmed when the prosthetic limb fell off.

But when onlookers at the England squad's training camp in Hertfordshire burst out laughing, the AC Milan footballer realised it was all a prank.

‘The fake arm trick – it gets them every time,’ joked Ben, 22. ‘He looked like he was going to faint.’

Fortunately, David, 33, saw the funny side, adding: 'I wasn't expecting that.'
