Jamie Foxx was working on new movie Law Abiding Citizen when the incident happened
A man has been arrested on suspicion of stalking Jamie Foxx.
The 49-year-old is accused of barging into the actor’s Philadelphia hotel suite.
Jamie managed to push him out of the room and then called security, say police.
He was ejected again a few days later, but officers were called when he returned on 31 March.
Jamie, 41, has now gone back to LA after completing the movie Law Abiding Citizen.
