SHOCK! Charlie Sheen’s newborn son remains in hospital

Actor and wife Brooke Mueller can't take him home yet

Charlie Sheen's newborn son is still in hospital because he's underweight.

The actor's wife Brooke Mueller gave birth to twin boys Bob and Max on 14 March.

‘Charlie and Brooke's infant son remains in the hospital, not because of a heart condition as reported, but because he has not gained the weight necessary to leave hospital,’ Charlie's rep tells People.

‘Max is expected to reach the weight requirement shortly and will join his brother at home.’

Charlie, 42, reckons his son doesn't like the grub on offer.

'I know a lot of people are not fond of hospital food; I just didn't realize that they started so young,' he jokes.

The Two And A Half Men star is already dad to Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex-wife Denise Richards, and Cassandra, 24, with ex Paula Profit.
