Spandau Ballet are getting back together for a series of concerts.
Tony Hadley, brothers Gary and Martin Kemp, 47, Steve Norman, and John Keeble, 49 – made the announcement on the HMS Belfast in London yesterday.
The group will kick off their world tour in Dublin on 13 October, and may even pen new material.
‘We all realised how powerful the band were, the songs, and what we did as a band in the 80s,’ says Tony, 48.
‘We first met in the pub, had a few beers, the stories came up and the anecdotes and we just realised that we're great mates.’
Spandau Ballet split in 1989 and Tony, Steve, 49, and John later sued Gary, 49, for a share of songwriting royalties.
Gary won the High Court battle, which ended in 1999.
