Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon have reportedly made an offer on a luxury mansion in Beverly Hills.

The Fleur de Lys estate, which is valued at a whopping $125million, boasts 5 acres of land, 15 bedrooms, a library complete with rare books, and a ballroom.

The property - billed as the 'world’s most expensive mansion' - also offers staff quarters, a pool with a pavilion, and a championship tennis court, reports Perez Hilton.

In December, Mariah, 38, sparked rumours she was pregnant when she unexpectedly cancelled dates for her 2009 tour.

She married Nick, 28, in a secret ceremony last April.
