Billie Piper to return for David Tennant’s final Doctor Who show

Catherine Tate and Freema Agyeman also making comeback

Billie Piper and David Tennant have remained close pals since they worked on Doctor Who

David Tennant will be reunited with his former sidekicks in his final Doctor Who episode.

Billie Piper will reprise her role as Rose Tyler and Catherine Tate, 40, and Freema Agyeman, 30, will also be back.

‘This will be the most exciting episode Doctor Who have ever done,’ a source tells The Sun.

‘We really wanted to get all the companions back on board as a fitting send-off to David.

‘Getting Billie to agree is a real coup, but she loved working on the show so much it didn’t take much convincing.’

David, 37, will be replaced by Matt Smith, 26, at the end of the year.

Billie, 26, starred in two series of Doctor Who and returned for a short stint last season.
