Rihanna parties with Katy Perry and Hayden Panettiere

But the singer looks glum as she exited club

Rihanna has not spoken about the alleged assault

Rihanna hit the town without boyfriend Chris Brown last night. 

The singer partied with Katy Perry, 24, and Hayden Panettiere, 19, at Hollywood's Les Deux club.

It is thought Rihanna, 21, is taking a break from Chris, 19, after he allegedly assaulted her on February 8.

As she headed home around 2am, the SUV she was travelling in was pulled over.

LA cops stopped the vehicle after noticing it didn't have a front number plate.
