Jade Goody’s family approve of magazine tribute

OK! defends special issue after criticism

Jade Goody's wedding to Jack Tweed was featured in OK! and broadcast on Living TV

Jade Goody’s family support a magazine’s decision to print a tribute issue – before her death.

This week’s OK! cover has the words ‘in loving memory: 1981 – 2009’ beside a picture of the Big Brother star.

The publication has been criticised for pre-empting Jade's passing.

But a spokesman says the 27-year-old’s loved ones approve.

OK! insists the issue was ‘a celebration of Jade's amazing life’.

The magazine has not received any complaints from the public.
