Singer is getting broody

Liz McClarnon has thought about starting a family

Liz McClarnon wants to open her home to an orphan.

The former Atomic Kitten admits that adoption has always been something she has considered.

‘I’d love to give a home to a child who’s had a hard life because I know I’ve got a lot of love to give,’ Liz tells Now Online.

‘I always knew I was going to live a little before I had kids. If I get too old I will definitely adopt children.’

Seeing her friends settle down has made Liz, 27, whose new single Lately is out on 4 May, think about motherhood.

‘Caspar, [former bandmate] Natasha Hamilton’s little one, makes me totally broody,’ she says.

Liz has designed a limited edition T-shirt for Race For Life 2009 in aid of Cancer Research UK.
