Kate Garraway is due to give birth in the summer

Kate Garraway has been bonding with Julia Roberts over babies.

The GMTV presenter is expecting her second child with husband Derek Draper.

Kate couldn't stop telling Julia, 41, all about it when she appeared on the ITV show last week.

‘We talked a lot about motherhood and how it’s made her put her career on the back burner,’ Kate reveals.

‘I told Julia I was expecting and I was keen to find out the sex of the baby, but she advised me not to.

‘She said it’s better to wait and that if you know what it is before it’s born, you jump to conclusions about what the baby will look like and be like when, in fact, you still have no idea.

'She has given me something to think about.’

Kate, 41, is already mum to 2-year-old daughter Darcey.
