Britney Spears is planning a trip to Great Ormond Street Hospital when she’s in the UK.

The singer will bring her Circus tour to the O2 Arena in June.

During breaks in her schedule, Britney, 27, wants to visit sick children.

‘She would really like to do this,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘In Miami she met up with 40 kids and posed for pictures with them. She found it really moving that just a couple of minutes with the children could mean so much to them.’

Britney made a surprise visit to Miami Children's Hospital ahead of her gig in the city earlier this month.

She also donated £700,000 to help fund the centre's Big Apple Circus Clown Care programme.

Britney is mum to Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, 30.
