Footballer has plenty of fans at gala dinner

David Beckham was surrounded by adoring women at a charity dinner on Monday night.
The footie hunk was attending a cancer research gala at the Le Officine Del Volo in Milan.
David, 33, even received a hug from socialite Gabriella Dompe, who won a charity auction to buy his AC Milan football strip.
His wife Victoria, 34, did not attend the bash as she is currently in LA with their three sons.
