Lindsay Lohan’s arrest warrant dropped

Lawyer tells court she's kept to her rehab programme

Lindsay Lohan's dating DJ Sam Ronson

A judge has quashed an arrest warrant for actress Lindsay Lohan.

It was issued following claims the star violated the terms of her parole for drink driving in 2007.

But a lawyer presented evidence in court yesterday to prove Lindsay, 22, had stuck to the terms of her rehabilitation.

Shawn Chapman Holley said the confusion stemmed from Lindsay switching treatment.

Meanwhile, the star has been snapped attending a court-mandated alcohol education class in Glendale, California.
