Rihanna denies she's starring in remake of The Bodyguard

Singer hasn't been discussing project with studio execs

Rihanna is thought to be back with Chris Brown

Rihanna’s rep has rubbished reports she’ll play the lead role in a remake of 1992 film The Bodyguard.

US reports claimed the singer was in New York to meet with studio bosses over the weekend.

Rihanna, 21, is said to have talked about starring alongside Channing Tatum, 28, in the flick.

The original movie starred Whitney Houston, 45, and Kevin Costner, 54.
