Heather Mills was previously married to former Beatles musician Sir Paul McCartney

Heather Mills has bought an East Sussex restaurant - which she intends to turn into a vegan eaterie.

The former model, 41, signed a deal to take over the popular Big Fish Café in Hove on Friday.

‘She has been a local resident for nearly ten years and is looking forward to giving the cafe a much-needed renovation,’ her spokesman tells the Sunday Mirror.

‘Heather has wanted to buy the cafe for many years to create a fun place serving great tasting healthy plant-based foods for kids, their families and the locals.’
