Actor passes away after battling disease for two years

Ron Silver has lost his fight against cancer.
The actor, who starred in US TV show The West Wing, passed away on Sunday at the age of 62.
‘Ron Silver died peacefully in his sleep with his family around him early Sunday morning,’ says Robin Bronk, executive director of the Creative Coalition, a charity which Ron help found.
‘He had been fighting oesophageal cancer for two years.’
Ron had a son Adam and daughter Alexandra with ex-wife Lynne Miller.
