Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher play best friends on the US show

Eva Longoria locks lips with Teri Hatcher as part of a Desperate Housewives storyline.

Teri’s character Susan Mayer explains to her friends how a female colleague from school tried to come on to her.

Eva’s alter-ego Gabrielle Solis then snogs her twice to see if it was a genuine lesbian moment.

‘I did not kiss her,’ Teri, 44, tells Us Weekly. ‘She kissed me. We had fun.’

Eva, 34, enjoyed shooting the smooch.

‘Well, I’m a great kisser,’ she adds. ‘Teri was not supposed to kiss back, so she was kind of just there, and I had to do all the work.’

The pair’s embrace aired in the States last night. 

Desperate Housewives is aired on Channel 4 in the UK.
