Jade Goody may be hours from death

Reality TV star has taken a turn for the worse

Jade Goody's returned to her Essex home

Jade Goody's health has deteriorated considerably and it's thought she's nearing the end of her life.

The Big Brother star's new husband Jack Tweed has told of how he panicked when she took a turn for the worse on Friday.

‘When I got the call I was terrified,’ admits Jack, 21. ‘The thought that our fairytale could be over already filled me with dread and sadness.’

But Jade, who is being comforted by close family and friends, made it through the weekend.

‘She’s fading but she’s got a big heart which is probably why she’s still alive,’ her spokesman Max Clifford tells the News Of The World.

‘We are on the edge of a precipice, nobody knows when she’s going to step off, whether it will be five minutes or five days.’

Meanwhile, Jack has been given a new curfew following his release from jail.

He is now able to be with Jade, 27, round-the-clock.
