Model's reps say she didn't give her consent

Kelly Brook is dating rugby player Danny Cipriani following her split from actor Billy Zane

An image of Kelly Brook has been used by a Chinese firm to promote its condoms without her permission.

The glamour model, 29, features on the 12-pack boxes of the contraception wearing a gold bikini.

Her reps claims the company used the image without her endorsement. 

The manufacturers also appear to have used an old photo of actress Mena Suvari, 30, on another range of its condoms.

Unauthorised footage of David Beckham, 33, was recently used in a Chinese TV ad to plug a Viagra-style pill.

Sir Sean Connery, 78, and Keanu Reeves, 44, were also featured in the commercials, without their consent.
