P Diddy: It’s a dark time for Rihanna and Chris Brown

Rapper wants people to pray for the pair

P Diddy is currently single

P Diddy has spoken out about Rihanna and Chris Brown’s relationship.

The R’n’B hunk allegedly assaulted the Umbrella singer, 21, before the Grammys last month.

And P Diddy, 39, let them use his Miami home to talk things through.

‘I don't cast a judgment on anybody,’ P Diddy said on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

‘It's a dark time for them, and I'm there for support. I don't think it's right for anybody to hit anybody.

'We know sometimes relationships get ugly…we don't know exactly what's going on.

'We need to pray for them, and we need to do things to support them.’

Chris, 19, has now been charged with assault and making criminal threats.

He is due in court on 6 April.
