Producer Adonis Shropshire says she's doing well

Rihanna is rumoured to be back with Chris Brown

Rihanna is back in the studio - weeks after she was allegedly assaulted by boyfriend Chris Brown.

The singer, 21, real name Robyn Fenty, is working on new material with producer Adonis Shropshire.

‘She's doing OK,’ he tells HipHollywood.com. ‘I mean, of course [with] the situation, she's alright.

'You have to remember, she's still a kid. With anybody in the world that goes through something, you have to bring yourself out of it. So I guess her refuge is her music, of course, as it should be.'

Chris, 19, was formally charged with assault and making criminal threats on 5 March.

‘If [Rihanna] is required to testify, she will do so,’ her lawyer Donald Etra tells Us Weekly.
