Madonna has reportedly been offered a six-figure sum to create a new line for fashion house Christian Audigier.
The singer apparently visited their LA offices a few days before the Oscars last month to hammer out the deal.
Madonna, 50, is expected to team up with up-coming designer Ed Hardy on the collection, reports the Daily Mirror.
It is thought it will include tattoo-inspired T-shirts and diamante-encrusted bodices.
Madge brought out a clothing line for H&M in 2007.
She has been linked to Brazilian model Jesus Luz, 22, since they appeared in a W magazine photoshoot in December.
