Rapper insists he was meant to be famous

Kanye West is convinced the Lord favours him

Kanye West reckons he has an extra special relationship with God.
 
The rapper, 31, insists that he was meant to be famous so that he can spread his word through his music.

‘God chose me. He made a path for me,’ Kanye told VH1 show Storytellers.

‘I am God's vessel. But my greatest pain in life is that I will never be able to see myself perform live.’

Kanye has previously referred to himself as ‘one of the greatest rappers in the world’.
