Rihanna 'won’t press charges against Chris Brown'

But police could still have case against singer

Rihanna is back in LA

Rihanna has reportedly decided not to take legal action against boyfriend Chris Brown.

The R’n’B singer, 19, was arrested for allegedly attacking the Umbrella star, 21, ahead of the Grammys on 8 February.

‘Rihanna says she doesn’t want to testify against him,’ a police source tells The Sun.

'However detectives are still building their case based on what she originally told them and accounts of witnesses.’

Earlier this week, US reports claimed Rihanna and Chris had patched things up on a weekend break in Miami.

But prosecutors in LA could still proceed with the case without her testimony.
