Jade Goody is recovering after having an operation to unblock her bowel

Alex Curran admits she was upset when she saw Jade Goody's wedding pictures.

The Big Brother star, 27, married her toy boy Jack Tweed, 21, last month.

‘I bought a copy of OK! in Tesco and had to wait until I got home to read it, because I knew it’d make me cry so much,’ she says.

Alex, who’s married to Liverpool footballer Steven Gerrard, thought Jade looked great despite being so ill.

‘I loved her wedding dress,’ she says in her new! column. ‘She looked absolutely stunning.

'I actually thought she looked surprisingly well considering how poorly she is – a lot healthier than a few celebs out there!’
