Oasis and The Killers to headline V Festival 2009

Official line-up for August music event is announced

Oasis were named Best British Band at the NME Awards in February 2009

Oasis and The Killers will top the bill at V Festival this summer.

Lily Allen, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga are also due to perform at the music event on 22 to 23 August.

And Razorlight, Keane, Elbow and The Ting Tings will take to the stage.

Tickets go on sale at vfestival.com, gigsandtours.com and seetickets.com on Friday 6 March at 10am.
