Simply Red star has to cancel a TV appearance

Mick Hucknall is now safe

Mick Hucknall's plane was forced to make an emergency landing when it lost cabin pressure mid-air.

Oxygen masks failed to come down on the Simply Red singer’s flight from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro.

The jet had to touch down in Sao Paolo, and didn’t have enough fuel to complete the rest of the journey.

Mick, 48, had to cancel a TV appearance in Rio de Janeiro because of the incident.
