Glamour model opens up about violent partner
Tuesday, 3 March 2009
Danielle Lloyd has revealed she was once in an abusive relationship.
The glamour model makes the confession as part of a new BBC documentary called Dangerous Love: A Comic Relief Special.
In the programme, Danielle, 25, shows the film crew a picture she took of her face after one attack, which left her in hospital for a week.
The image shows her with a black eye, a swollen cheek and swollen lips.
‘Every time, he’d cry and say it wouldn’t happen again,' she explains. 'Towards the end he was hitting me near enough every day.’
Danielle hopes the documentary will encourage other victims to come forward.
‘It saddens me to read about violent relationships,’ she adds. ‘I’d advise any woman not to return to an abusive partner.’
Dangerous Love: A Comic Relief Special airs on BBC3 tonight at 9pm.

It is indeed shocking to see beautiful Danielle beaten and bruised. What type of dirty, low-life punk would do that? She should name him, so other girls will avoid him.
