Patrick Swayze: I’d quit smoking if I knew I was going to live

Actor doesn't see the point in stopping now

Patrick Swayze has been married to wife Lisa Niemi for 33 years

Patrick Swayze is still smoking – despite battling pancreatic cancer.

The actor, who vowed to cut down, doesn’t think it’s worth giving up completely.

‘When it looks like I may live longer than 5 minutes, I’ll drop cigarettes like a hot potato,’ he says.

Earlier this year, Patrick, 56, admitted he didn't believe he had much time left.

He was diagnosed with the disease last March.
