Attorney hopes to smooth things out

A warrant issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan on Friday was due to 'a misunderstanding', says her lawyer.
Lindsay had dinner at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood with friends, popped in to see veteran actor Jack Nicholson in the early hours of the morning and then headed to Sam Ronson’s home.
Police arrived at the house, reports People.com, after a window was broken.
Lindsay, 22, is on 3 years' probation following her conviction for DUI in 2007. A hearing has been set for Monday morning and the actress is expected to attend.
'We are not actively looking for Ms Lohan at this time,' confirms Beverly Hills Police Lt Mark Rosen. 'We are not anticipating her surrender this weekend. But if she comes in contact with police, she's subject to arrest.'
Meanwhile, Lily Allen is hoping to collaborate with Lindsay in the recording studio. The pals already have matching Shhh tattoos and they want to make music together.
‘They’ve discussed making a record,’ says a source.
‘They’re also planning a trip to the Coachella Music Festival in April to see Amy Winehouse perform.’
