Lily Allen: I still love Ed Simons

Singer has kept in contact with ex

Lily Allen and Ed Simons have remained friends

Lily Allen hasn’t ruled out a reunion with Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.

The couple split early last year, shortly after the singer had a miscarriage.

‘We still speak two times a week,’ Lily tells Q magazine. ‘He texts me all the time, making sure I'm alright. We never were not friends, it just became... difficult.

‘Because there was so much pain associated with everything that happened, for me I just needed to get away. We still love each other. And we talk all the time. And maybe one day we'll get back together.’

Lily, 23, also admits that she's attracted tp older blokes because of her complicated relationship with her father Keith, 55.

‘Part of me still wants attention from my dad,’ she adds. ‘I'm not gonna get it from him, so I look for it in someone else.’
